EVOLVE 1 Trade-In Program
Trade-In Procedure
1. Send a proof of purchase for the EVOLVE 1 (invoice, order confirmation, proof of payment) and your contact details to support@xdynamics.com
2. If you’re eligible, our customer service will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your EVOLVE 1.
3. Upon receipt of the EVOLVE 1, customer service will send you a link to an online payment page for the settlement of the US $1,200 balance.
4. Fill out the billing/shipping addresses and proceed with the credit card payment.
5. You will receive an order confirmation message once the payment has been processed.
6. Upon shipping the EVOLVE 2, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Terms and Conditions:
– Offer valid until April 30th, 2022.
– A proof of purchase and payment is required to be eligible for the EVOLVE 1 Trade-In Program.
– The EVOLVE 1 must have been purchased directly from XDynamics or one of its resellers.
– To qualify, XDynamics requires the return of the EVOLVE 1. XDynamics will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
– The EVOLVE 2 will come with the accessories as described on the EVOLVE 2 product page on XDynamics’ online store.
– XDynamics cannot guarantee the exact shipping date of the EVOLVE 2.
– If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the purchase price of $1,200. You can request return of the EVOLVE 1 but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the return is not guaranteed.
