XDynamics is looking for a seasoned and high energy sales specialist to join a fast-growing drone manufacturing startup to build up its initial retail presence on an operational and strategic level and develop its US operation and sales network.

The Position:
XDynamics is looking for a seasoned and high energy sales specialist to join a fast-growing drone manufacturing startup to build up its initial retail presence on an operational and strategic level and develop its US operation and sales network.
The sales specialist will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and relationships with clients, closing business, and building the company’s reputation.
What you will do:
- Work with cross-functional teams and establish the design brief, including the concept, performance and production criteria in line with company core mission and value
- Work on ideas as part of a team or developing design concepts using CAD.
- Identify the suitability and availability of materials
- Produce detailed, final hand drawings and specifications or using dedicated computer software to produce design specifications, including parts lists and costing
- Making samples or working models by hand or using computerized prototyping equipment.
- Test the design concept by computerized modeling or physical hands-on testing of models
- Research materials, processes or market requirements
- Work closely with external resources and suppliers to drive on-time delivery of components and devices.
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above, in Product/Industrial Design, with 3 to 5 years work experience.
- Self-starter with passion for innovation, development of new, better products and Industrial Design
- Experience in robotics, automobile and drone is a plus.
- Great sketching skill, conceptualization, ideation, strong problem solving ability, understanding of materials, human factors, and what it takes to make a product successful
- Excellent in SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS etc)
- Microsoft Office, Rhinoceros, ProE and other 3D CAD software are a plus.
- Ability to understand and develop innovative mechanical designs solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with plastics, metal applications and tooling manufacturing processes.
- Engineering background is a plus
- Strong presentation skill both on paper (illustrator/indesign) and in person
- Willing to travel to China or overseas as project demands
- Ability to fully comprehend our product technology and its customer applications
- Capacity to build creative sales plans and sales initiatives, capable of having a long-term vision of the business.

- Enthusiasm, desire and a strong sense of initiative as a self-starter
- Be able and willing to travel
All candidates must provide personal portfolio / samples of previous work in digital format with their application.
Preferred Skill-sets:
- Experience within the UAV industry is a clear a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
